Sculpture of Iemanjá (queen of the waters) for decoration, handcrafted in resin.
Known as Dona Janaína, Iemanjá is the queen of all waters and protector of fishermen and raftsmen.
Her name means "mother whose children are fish" and despite being, in Brazil, worshiped as queen of the sea, her origin refers to a river in Africa, Yemojá, which was worshiped by the Egba people.
Piece with great richness in the details!
